		<description>Sarah, I agree with you and am glad you&#039;re not part of the 2/3 majority. The best way government can help the country/state/county out of this economic downturn is to make sure we have the infrastructure for economic development, that means having an integrated plan. So that the down cycle we&#039;re currently on turns and is on an upward swing again, we will be well down the road and ahead of the curve for attracting that development upswing.
